Manufactured by Kernow Model Rail Centre of Cornwall in very limited numbers, this is a 2-rail model of the highly unusual 1-Co-Co-1 diesel locomotive designed by Oliver Bulleid for the Southern Railway but built after nationalisation by BR at Ashford works in 1950-1.

K2706 is the second of the class, number 10202, in BR green with late crest, and is brand new, ex-shop stock, still sealed in its packaging with accessories and instructions and the box opened only to take the photos.  The model is DCC ready. A rare item.
