HO gauge Diesel loco of unknown make

HO gauge diesel loco although in SNCF livery was made in Yugoslavia by an unknown manufacturer.  Loco is well made as you can see from the picture of the chassis which has a central motor with shafts providing power to both bogies. Working front light which is lit in both directions.  Unusual front coupling.
